• CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
  
  Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized services for phoned-in inquiries request and feedbacks from customers/clients.
  • Handling of the entry, monitoring and reporting of cases into system.
  • Handling of periodic reporting and billing of cases to customers/clients.
  • Co-ordinate with technical support for on time delivery.
  • Administer the order processing procedure.
  • Assist in preparing quotation and management report.
  • Assist on all assigned general administrative duties and follow-ups.
    
  Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply with diploma or higher qualification.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good oral and written skills in English.
